Purpose of processing: To provide golf tour planning and travel experience services, respond to enquiries, coordinate bookings with partner providers, and improve our services.

7. How to Request Access to Records

7.1. A request for access to records must be made on the prescribed Form C, available from the Information Regulator's website at www.justice.gov.za/inforeg.

7.2. The completed Form C must be submitted to our Information Officer at the contact details in section 2 above.

7.3. The requester must provide sufficient detail to identify the record(s) sought and the form of access required.

7.4. The requester must state the right they wish to exercise or protect, and explain why the record is required to exercise or protect that right.

8. Prescribed Fees

8.1. A non-refundable request fee of R50.00 is payable on submission of a request.

8.2. An access fee may be payable if the request is granted, depending on the form of access and the extent of the search required. Prescribed access fees include:

8.3. Fees are prescribed by the regulations made under PAIA and may be updated from time to time.

10.1. Swing Through Africa will respond to a request within 30 days of receipt of the completed Form C and the request fee.

10.2. If the request is refused, the requester may lodge an application with a court of competent jurisdiction for relief, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
